RE: The genetics of my thoughts.

Fears, desires, insecurities and love are a natural part of our lives...the grace is in learning to deal with them....

The more we live, the more we learn, otherwise why would we live a life full of fears?
It would be too sad, and sadness has very beautiful colors but also ephemeral and fleeting if you learn to keep it away from you.....

Healthy life , healthy mind.

I think it's necessary in life also, without it we wouldn't have great artists who interpret their suffering onto paper. So thus I agree that sadness has beautiful colors. Great post BTW. I enjoyed reading it.

So could we think that some of the best writers of all times wrote their works under the effects of sadness?
I also think that sadness brings a very sweet and strong sensibility to describe some facts of life.

Thanks for your considerations, I really appreciate them.

Most definitely yes. It's an essential human emotion, I don't think books, painting, music would be so great without it. "An artists job is to comfort the uncomfortable..." I don't think they could do that without knowing first hand what suffering is.
