Buenas tardes, mis amigos de Hive, les vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de Hefesto. Me sentÃa algo agitado por el dÃa que tuve, me paré en la mañana como suelo hacer por costumbre, para no perder la disciplina. Debo admitir que me cuesta mucho, pero gracias a la fuerza de voluntad puedo lograrlo.
Primero calenté habitualmente las muñecas, luego los hombros con algunos fondos y, por último, un poco de flexibilidad y algunos saltos de cuerda para comenzar el entrenamiento.
Good afternoon, my Hive friends, I come to share with you my Hephaestus training. I felt a bit agitated by the day I had, I stood up in the morning as I usually do by habit, so as not to lose discipline. I must admit that I have a hard time, but thanks to willpower I can do it.
First I habitually warmed up my wrists, then my shoulders with some bottoms, and finally a little flexibility and some jumping rope to start the workout.
Primero comencé haciendo Efesto con liga de resistencia para practicar bien la técnica, pude realizar 4 series de 2 repeticiones, luego realicé pull-ups en tuck de back lever, las cuales me hacen forzar mucho el hombro, puse realizar 4 series de 6 repeticiones, después realicé negativas de Efesto a back lever, las cuales me siguen costando mucho, pude realizar 4 series de 2 repeticiones, de verdad me costaron mucho esas repeticiones por el movimiento qué se aplica, y por último máximo de aguante en back lever, este si me resultó un poco más fácil, realicé 3 series de máximo tiempo, hasta llegar al fallo muscular.
La verdad, las rutinas de Efesto siempre me cuestan mucho por el movimiento qué se aplica, más qué todo es técnica la cual debo aprender a dominar, pero, nada qué no se pueda lograr con trabajo y esfuerzo, todo depende de uno mismo, con la constancia y disciplina, podemos llegar a realizar grandes cosas.
