Hola hive y comunidad de swc, les digo un poco sobre mi rutina de plancha, empeze calentando muy importante calentar luego de eso inicie haciendo una lean planche y luego lean planche push ups, luego de eso inicie a hacer unas tuck planche y después unas tuck planche push ups, después hice unas tuck adv para agregar un poco de tensión luego de eso inicie a hacer fondos después hice pike push ups para destrozar el musculo y eso fue todo
