Que es el front lever?
What is the front lever?
El front lever es un ejercicio de calistenia y gimnasia deportiva que se realiza en las barras y anillas manteniendo el cuerpo paralelo al suelo y completamente horizontal desde la cabeza pasando por cadera y rodillas hasta los tobillos. Al ser una palanca frontal requiere mucha fuerza de los músculos del hombro, espalda, pecho, brazos, abdomen, lumbares y glúteos. En su realización se muestra la resistencia muscular de cada uno de estos sectores del cuerpo.
The front lever is a calisthenics and sports gymnastics exercise that is performed on the bars and rings keeping the body parallel to the ground and completely horizontal from the head through the hips and knees to the ankles. Being a frontal lever, a lot of strength is required from the muscles of the shoulder, back, chest, arms, abdomen, lumbar and gluteal muscles. In its realization, the muscular resistance of each of these sectors of the body is shown.
