Un día de entrenamiento familiar
A day of family training

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit my uncles in Valencia and I took the opportunity to share my passion for training with my cousin. Although he is new to this world, I was excited about the idea of transmitting some basic knowledge and motivating him to adopt healthy habits. In my aunt's small gym, we designed a routine focussed on the upper train to gradually introduce it to exercise. We started with pulley milestones, an excellent exercise to strengthen the back. My cousin, with a lot of energy, performed 4 sets of 12 repetitions using a load of 2 kg, which is ideal to start. We continue with side paddle with dumbbell, bench press with dumbbells combined with push-ups, biceps curl and hammer, and we finish with lateral elevations for shoulders and abdominals. Despite the effort, there was no lack of laughter and good vibes! After our training, we went to play volleyball, an activity that allowed us to put into practice the coordination and resistance we had worked on. It was a day full of fun and learning. Teaching children the importance of physical exercise from an early age is an investment in their future. In addition to improving their physical condition, it helps them develop healthy habits, increase their self-esteem and improve their academic performance. By sharing my passion with my cousin, I am not only helping him, but I am also contributing to create a more active and healthy generation.

Getting your cousin into the habit of working out since he is little will make him continue the good habits when he is an adult. Hopefully, you can consistently guide them to work out.

Of course, I would like him to be a proactive young man, not only in exercises but good in all aspects.
