Un gran saludo estimados amigos lectores, hoy estaré compartiendo con ustedes mi entrenamiento cardiovascular que realice el día de hoy, me fui acompañado de mis buenos amigos al trote semanal que hago hacia el Faro. Está vez nos acompañaron más personas en el trote, se unió mi amigo Paul y mi amiga Mariángel. Aparte de los que ya hemos ido, que es Exis (@alexdro-sw) y Mauricio (@mau-swc).
A big greeting dear friends readers, today I will be sharing with you my cardio workout that I did today, I went with my good friends to the weekly jog that I do to the Lighthouse. This time we were accompanied by more people on the jog, my friend Paul and my friend Mariángel joined us. Apart from those who have already gone, which is Exis (@alexdro-sw) and Mauricio (@mau-swc).

En esta ocasión de verdad que me sentí mucho más ligero y tenía mayor control al trotar aparte de que la fatiga muscular era menor. El recorrido lo terminamos en menos de 25 minutos, fueron 6 kilómetros de distancia, en ese tiempo, eso quiere decir que nuestro paso fue 4 minutos por kilómetro, eso es una marca muy buena para no ser running profesionales. Aparte esto lo hacemos para mejorar nuestro rendimiento en las rutinas de alta intensidad y que nos fatiguemos menos.
This time I really felt much lighter and had more control when jogging and less muscle fatigue. We finished the course in less than 25 minutes, it was 6 kilometers long, in that time, that means that our pace was 4 minutes per kilometer, that's a very good mark for not being professional runners. Besides, we do this to improve our performance in the high intensity routines and to be less fatigued.

Ya luego al llegar a nuestra destino nos tomamos unas hermosas fotografías en el faro y en la carretera haciendo handstand, y también le tomé algunas fotografías al hermoso amanecer en el puente. Esto es una experiencia bastante bella y es bueno compartir estos lindos momentos junto a buenos amigos que te motiven a seguir adelante. Espero hayan sido de su agrado las fotografías y el contenido de mi post, nos vemos en una siguiente publicación 😁💪.
After arriving at our destination we took some beautiful pictures at the lighthouse and on the road doing handstand, and I also took some pictures of the beautiful sunrise on the bridge. This is a very beautiful experience and it is good to share these nice moments with good friends that motivate you to keep going.
