Hola comunidad de HIVE y a mis compañeros de SWC espero que el día de hoy lo hayan pasado excelente,amigos hoy nuevamente retome mis entrenamientos con mi entrenador porque lo había dejado por problemas económicos pero ya pude equilibrarme un poco y le escribí para empezar nuevamente,mi entrenador es preparador físico en todas las áreas deportivas y desde entonces estoy con el full entrenamientos ya que tambien lo apoyo mucho con su marca personal LA Sport muy buenos productos se los recomiendo tiene franelas,monos,chaquetas,gorras entre otros productos de muy buena calidad.Mi entrenador me entrena de 7 y 30pm hasta las 8 y 30pm ya que tiene otros clientes en otros lugares y es su trabajo día a día, Hoy realizamos una rutina fuerte de pecho con mancuernas de 25kg cada una en posición de press banca lineal y elevada, y para culminar el entrenamiento realizamos flexiones en diamantes hasta el fallo, todos esos entrenamientos los realizamos de 15x4 series, lo buenos de tener un entrenador a tu lado es que saca lo mejor de tu ultimas repeticiones y esto que de verdad me ah ayudado mucho amigos se los recomiendo

My trainer trains me from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm since he has other clients in other places and it is his day to day job, Today we did a strong chest routine with 25kg dumbbells each in a linear and elevated bench press position, and to finish the workout we did diamond push-ups to failure, all of those workouts we did 15x4 sets, the good thing about having a trainer by your side is that he brings out the best in your last repetitions and this really has helped me helped a lot friends I recommend them
