Aunque cada cuerpo tiene formaciones musculares diferentes de igual manera ayuda a entender tu cuerpo.
La calistenia para agarrar masa muscular es difícil dependiendo de cada genética y fisiología, por ende existen sus variantes ya sea el Streetlifting o hacer una entrenamiento hibrido de gimnasio y calistenia junto con buena alimentación, buen descanso, un entrenamiento intenso y lo que nunca puede faltar... ¡DISCIPLINA!
