Hello friends of @Hive, I have been bringing you an intermediate level front lever routine, I made a video with the help of my Bro who is the one who accompanies me in my day-to-day routines, the truth is that it even took me a little while to do it since I am not in my best condition due to a time away from my sport due to my work schedule, but we are already getting back on track with strong and slightly asymmetrical basic routines but we are going little by little again.

The truth is that it inspired me to do it as a front lever suddenly and with pain from calluses and everything if it was possible, being one of the few who does asymmetric, I am the one with the highest level in this area since you could say that it is my element since I started practicing it as such but like everything, the basics are the basis of everything when training, as always grateful to @manuel Ramos and @Joscarsw for the opportunity to be a member of this great community, I hope you like it and see you soon in a new publication 💪🏻
