comenzaremos haciendo 5 muscle up
12 pull up y al final sostener arriba 5 segundos
12 chin up cerradas y al final sostener 5 segundos arriba
15 bar dips
20 flexiones de pecho
20 fondos
20 flexiones de pecho reclinadas
- Bueno amigos llegamos al final de la rutina espero que les guste ,la rutina se tiene que realizar en 4 series
Explanation:
we will start by doing 5 muscle up
12 pull up and at the end hold up 5 seconds
12 closed chin up and at the end hold 5 seconds up
15 bar dips
20 push-ups
20 funds
-20 reclining push-ups
- Well friends we come to the end of the routine I hope you like it, the routine has to be done in 4 sets. .
