Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy les haré un resumen de mi visita al parque Ana maría Campos.
Me junte con varios atletas y les enseñe algunas cosas como el Elbow Planch, Suicida,180, Y otras cosas para que mejore el muscle up.
La verdad me divertí mucho ya que son unos chicos que te transmiten mucha inspiración y ojalá volver a entrenar con ellos.
Ellos se encontrará el día lunes en nuestra casa que es el Parque Vereda del lago para entrenar juntos y hacer amigos.
Por cierto que buen parque esta muy bien cuidado e iluminado también use su pista de skate y me divertí aonque no es mi hobby.
Sin más nada que contarles de mi día de hoy me despido.
