







Bueno, en el entrenamiento de hoy: entrené primero las presas en tuck; quise volverlas a practicar para ver cómo está mi fuerza y, la verdad, me impresioné al ver que la pude subir. No tan limpia, pero es avance. Luego hice rompecráneos para el tríceps; luego fondos rusos. Me costaron, la verdad; debe ser porque vengo entrenando rápido para que no me gane el tiempo y para terminar un poco rápido. Pero bueno, luego hice flexiones declinadas con liga y, en superserie, flexiones declinadas en diamante con liga. Luego hice las mismas flexiones declinadas pero sin liga; así llego al fallo. Luego hice flexiones con liga y flexiones en diamante con liga; luego hice sin liga para nuevamente llegar al fallo y dar el máximo.
La verdad, me gustó el entrenamiento. No tanto, pero sí me gustó cómo me sentí a pesar de entrenar poco, así que estoy satisfecho. Aparte, también entrené un poco de 360 para no perderlo. Así que, bueno, si alguien tiene un consejo para mí, por favor dígame para mejorar cada vez más.

Anyway, in today's workout: I started with tuck holds; I wanted to practice them again to see how my strength is, and honestly, I was impressed when I saw I could pull myself up. Not perfectly clean, but it's progress. Then I did skull crushers for triceps; then Russian dips. They were tough, to be honest; it must be because I've been training fast so I don't run out of time and to finish a bit quickly. But anyway, then I did decline push-ups with a resistance band and, as a superset, diamond decline push-ups with a resistance band. Then I did the same decline push-ups but without a resistance band, reaching failure. Next, I did push-ups with a band and diamond push-ups with a band; then I did them without a band, again reaching failure and giving it my all.
Honestly, I enjoyed the workout. Not amazing, but I did like how I felt despite the short workout, so I'm satisfied. I also did some 360-degree training to keep in shape. So, if anyone has any advice for me, please share it so I can keep improving.
