Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les vengo a compartir mi último entrenamiento de estáticos, este día llegué un poco cansado del trabajo y venía a entrenar un poco desanimado, calenté, estiré e hice movilidad y calenté con algunas progresiones de front, pull ups y handstand, luego de eso empecé a estrenar fuerza en mis handstand push ups, hice varias reps e intentos de variaciones de handstand y transiciones, me propuse lanzar un front a pesar que me daba miedo por el hombro, lo intente y lo aguante 2s y lance un press y luego me baje 2s más de front, le quise meter al combo backlever y press de backlever y volví a lanzar un frontlever 3 segundos y me alegro bastante, seguí lanzando varios intentos y mini combos y termine el entreno con unos ejercicios de fortalecimiento y progresiones, gracias por leer !
