Hola muy buenas amigos de #SWC, disculpen mi inactividad por motivos personales, pero el día de hoy les comparto el mi experiencia en mi primera competición de la categoría alfa Junior.
Para empezar inicie con dominadas y luego bardips, luego sentadillas normales, para pasar con fondos en paralelas, y finalizando en supino, pudiendo así terminar el reto en tiempo de 5:55.
Con esta experiencia el día 09 de Diciembre del 2023, pude vivir una grata sensación de cómo fue mi primera competición, y la final puede ver qué mi equipo de Fortisw se alzo con la victoria 🏆.
Por más de que no que finalize en los primeros puestos, quiero destacar que me siento orgulloso de los resultados obtenidos ya que no pensé que nunca superaría mis expectativas.
Gracias al apoyo y de la mano de mi Compañero @manuelramos, pudo ser todo un éxito el evento tan anhelado que se soño para ese día, espero que les haya gustado este nuevo post, y ahora voy a estar constante en esta gran comunidad de #SWC y los veo en la próxima publicación 🤜🏼🤛🏼💪🏼.
Hello, very good friends of #SWC, excuse my inactivity for personal reasons, but today I share with you my experience in my first competition in the Alpha Junior category.
