Por motivos familiares tuve que viajar a Perú hace como un año y medio, y bueno como estaba recién llegado allá no conocía a nadie o lugares para poder entrenar, además se me volvió muy complicado entrenar por el horario del trabajo pero ya por fin he vuelto a mi país y he retomado los entrenamientos. Les quiero compartir por aquí esta rutina de básicos nivel medio de empuje con la que he decido volver. ¡Espero les guste!

Hello HIVE community! For family reasons I had to travel to Peru about a year and a half ago, and well as I was just arrived there I did not know anyone or places to train, plus it became very complicated to train because of the work schedule but now I'm finally back to my country and I have resumed the workouts. I want to share with you this routine of basic medium level push ups with which I have decided to come back, I hope you like it!
Routine.
- 20 Dips
- 20 Push-ups
- 12 Pike Push-ups
- 12 Russian Push-ups
- 15 Diamond Push-Ups
- 25" Isometric Push-Ups
