Greetings friends of SWC and liketu, I am @ jesus1sw, and today I come to share with you another post after almost a month without publishing, it was a freestyle training with a bit of statics, that day I was taking out a new giant transition, the truth is a bit complex because it was very scary, but I managed to get it with practice, then I combined it doing 360, geinger, with plank and front lever, these days I have been focused on improving my dynamics that is why I have not published much here or on my social networks, because I am looking for improvement in Freestyle every day, but I will publish again as before, helping the community a little with the interaction in the publications too, I am improving more than anything my fluidity in the dynamics to have a freestyle from another world, that's all for today friends, without anything else to add we will see you in a next post, greetings and thanks!
