Community, This time, I share with you a day of dynamic and static training with some friends in a park which I don't usually visit in my day.Día de Dinámicos y Estáticos + Cardio
Dynamics and Statics + Cardio Day
Hoy tuvimos un entrenamiento muy divertido con mis amigos, y en especial con mi amigo @killer-sw, con quien tuve una mayor interacción en este día. Yo fui el primero en llegar al parque a las 5:00 pm y comencé con un calentamiento de cuerpo completo para no tener complicaciones a la hora de empezar con la rutina. Después, mis amigos comenzaron a llegar al parque, y luego de que cada uno llegara, empezamos a hacer trucos dinámicos para que al concluir pudiéramos comenzar con un pequeña rutina de estáticos. Cuando terminamos con los dinámicos, empezamos con la rutina ya mencionada, y de los estáticos, los cuales se hicieron, fueron principalmente el front lever, el back lever y la stradle planche. Al concluir el día de entrenamiento, cada uno siguió su camino hacia su casa a pie o en bicicleta, y para poder terminar mi parte del entrenamiento, comencé a hacer cardio del parque a mi casa, que tomó alrededor de 30 minutos.
Today we had a very fun workout with my friends, and especially with my friend @killer-sw, with whom I had the most interaction on this day. I was the first to arrive at the park at 5:00 pm and I started with a full body warm-up so I wouldn't have any complications when it was time to start the routine. After that, my friends started to arrive at the park, and after everyone arrived, we started doing dynamic tricks so that when we finished we could start with a little static routine. When we finished with the dynamic tricks, we started with the aforementioned routine, and of the static tricks, which were done, it was mainly the front lever, the back lever and the stradle planche. At the conclusion of the training day, everyone continued on their way home on foot or by bike, and in order to finish my part of the workout, I started doing cardio from the park to my house, which took about 30 minutes.
