Hola mi gente de la comunidad de #HIVE, espero esten todos bien. En esta ocasión quiero compartirles una rutina nivel INTERMEDIO- AVANZADO que realicé hace poco con mi Team CRSW. Esta diseñada de esta manera porque 1. No tenia mucho tiempo para entrenar como normalmente lo hago y 2. Porque uno de mis objetivos a mediano plazo es competir, entonces quiero adaptar mi cuerpo y mente a este tipo de carga. Espero les pueda ayudar.
Hello my people of the #HIVE community, I hope you are all well. This time I want to share with you an INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED level routine that I did recently with my Team CRSW. It's designed this way because 1. I didn't have much time to train as I normally do and 2. Because one of my medium term goals is to compete, so I want to adapt my body and mind to this kind of load.
