Como les mencioné al principio, quiero compartir con ustedes una información que es importante y que muchos lo vemos como algo insignificante, pero en realidad es la báse de algunos giros mas complejos y de alto nivel. Este giro es el 180°.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I want to share with you some information that is important and that many of us see as something insignificant, but in reality it is the basis of some more complex and high-level twists. This turn is 180°
El 180°, es una média vuelta, es rotar tu cuerpo de un lado de la barra hasta el otro lado.
The 180°, is a half turn, it is to rotate your body from one side of the bar to the other side.
Este giro está muy implicado en algúnos giros como:
El 540°, el pantoja y el 900.
Estos giros son de un nivel más avanzado al 180° pero, hagamos una suma matemática. 180+360 = 540, 180+360+360 = 900. El pantoja es un 180° pero, se cambia la dirección del agarre.
Podemos notar que estos giros de un grán nivel están compuestos primero por el 180° es decir qué, este es el giro inicial o el princípio de estos giros casi imposibles. Esto nos indica que debémos tener mas en cuenta este giro si queremos conseguir un buen 540° o un excelente 900° ya que, este giro es el inicial y por lo tanto es el que determina la dirección la inclinación y calidad de nuestro giros.
This twist is heavily involved in some twists like:
The 540°, the pantoja and the 900.
These turns are a level more advanced than 180° but, let's do some math. 180+360 = 540, 180+360+360 = 900. The pantoja is a 180° but the direction of the grip is changed.
We can notice that these high-level turns are first made up of 180°, that is to say, this is the initial turn or the beginning of these almost impossible turns. This tells us that we must take this turn more into account if we want to achieve a good 540° or an excellent 900° since this turn is the initial one and therefore it is the one that determines the direction, inclination and quality of our turns.
