Hello, greetings to SWC, today in this post I'm going to show you some basic exercises of full planche.
What are they?:
1-. Lean planche 🔥
2-. Lean planche push-ups 🔥
3-. Handstands 🔥
4-. Handstand push-ups 🔥
5-. One arm Handstand 🔥
6-. Chest push-ups 🔥
How can I train/implement them in my routine?
To implement those exercises there are multiple ways but, I would recommend you to do them at the end of the specific routine / combos / push day you are doing the same day.
It should be noted that it also depends on what level you are in the full planche.

¿Como los puedo entrenar / implementar en mi rutina ?:
Para implementar dichos ejercicios existen múltiples maneras pero, te recomendaría que los hagas a final de la rutina específica / combos / día de puje que estes haciendo el mismo día.
Cabe aclarar que también depende de en qué nivel estés en la full plancha.
