Bueno muchachos el día Lunes llegué aquí al estado Táchira a pasar navidad con mi familia, también aproveche y estos días me puse a entrenar, en esta semana hice un día de combos con los muchachos de aquí del estado Táchira.
Well, guys, on Monday I arrived here in the state of Táchira to spend Christmas with my family. I also took advantage of the opportunity to start training, and this week I did a day of combos with the guys here in the state of Táchira.
Antes de empezar con los combos que hicimos quise intentar un combos de Front-level, el combo fue algo corto ya que quise ver qué elementos del Front podía hacer, así que intenté un touch con agarre normal pero solo lo pude marcar, después pase a un touch con agarre cerrado manteniéndolo 2 segundos pero la técnica no era la mejor, después unos dos press de Front-level con su aguante al final.
Before starting with the combos we did, I wanted to try a Front-level combo. The combo was a bit short because I wanted to see what elements of the Front I could do, so I tried a touch with a normal grip but I could only score it. Then I moved on to a touch with a closed grip, holding it for 2 seconds, but the technique wasn't the best. Then I did about two Front-level presses with his endurance at the end.
