Hoy fue mi primer día en el gym y estoy muy emocionado de compartir esta nueva etapa con todos ustedes. Me sentí motivado y listo para enfrentar cada desafío que se me presente. El ambiente en el gimnasio fue increíble y, aunque al principio me sentí un poco perdido, la comunidad y el apoyo de los compañeros de entrenamiento hicieron que todo fuera mucho más fácil.
Primeras Impresiones:
Ambiente: Muy positivo y lleno de energía.
Equipos: Variados y bien mantenidos.
Compañeros: Super amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
Rutina del Día:
Calentamiento: 10 minutos de estiramientos y cardio ligero.
Entrenamiento de Fuerza:
Dominadas: 3 series de 10 repeticiones.
Flexiones: 3 series de 15 repeticiones.
Muscle Up: 3 series de 5 repeticiones.
Subir la Cuerda: 3 intentos hasta la cima.
Finalización: Unos intentos de parada de manos para trabajar el equilibrio y la fuerza de los hombros.
Estoy ansioso por continuar mi viaje de fitness y ver los progresos que se avecinan. Agradezco cualquier consejo y sugerencia de ustedes, la comunidad, para mejorar mi rutina y alcanzar mis metas.
Hello Hive and SWC community! Today was my first day at the gym and I am very excited to share this new stage with all of you. I felt motivated and ready to take on every challenge that came my way. The atmosphere in the gym was incredible and although I felt a little lost at first, the community and support of my training partners made everything much easier. First Impressions: Atmosphere: Very positive and full of energy. Equipment: Varied and well maintained. Colleagues: Super friendly and willing to help. Routine of the Day: Warm-up: 10 minutes of stretching and light cardio. Strength Training: Pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Push-ups: 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Muscle Up: 3 sets of 5 repetitions. Climbing the Rope: 3 attempts to the top. Completion: A few attempts at handstands to work on balance and shoulder strength. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey and seeing the progress ahead. I appreciate any advice and suggestions from you, the community, to improve my routine and achieve my goals.
