Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC, hoy le comparto un vídeo del resumen de lo que fueron los 30 días de un muscle up más por cada día del mes septiembre. De verdad qué fue una aventura bastante emocionante, pasé por varios parques, encontré amigos atletas, cada día pensé que no iba a poder lograr el reto, un día me toco hacer el reto hasta con lluvia y un sin fin de cosas que las pueden ver en mi instagram.
Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC, today I share with you a video summary of what were the 30 days of a muscle up more for each day of September. It was a really exciting adventure, I went through several parks, I met friends athletes, every day I thought I would not be able to achieve the challenge, one day I had to do the challenge even in the rain and endless things that you can see in my instagram.
Y bueno amigos este reto me enseño que por más duro sea el camino mayor es la recompensa, de verdad que estoy super satisfecho de haber terminado, en el camino pensé que no podía lograrlo, y así es como nos pasa a todos cuando nos ponemos objetivos y pensamos que vamos a fracasar y nos rendimos antes porque pensamos que no vale la pena poner tanto esfuerzo en algo que pensamos que será un fracaso y muchas veces nos equivocamos, la verdad es que yo también pensé que iba fracasar en el reto pero decidí no rendirme por nada del mundo y lo pude lograr, con esto no digo que los objetivos no fracasan si no nos rendimos, me refiero a que aveces no sabemos si en verdad vamos a fracasar y nos rendimos antes, ademas el fracaso nos enseña a llegar al éxito, no podemos evitar los fracasos porque son parte de la vida.
And well friends this challenge taught me that the harder the road the greater the reward, I am really super satisfied to have finished, on the way I thought I could not make it, and that's how it happens to all of us when we set goals and we think we will fail and we give up before because we think it is not worth putting so much effort into something that we think will be a failure and often we are wrong, The truth is that I also thought I was going to fail in the challenge but I decided not to give up for anything in the world and I could achieve it, with this I am not saying that the objectives do not fail if we do not give up, I mean that sometimes we do not know if we are really going to fail and we give up before, also failure teaches us to succeed, we can not avoid failures because they are part of life.
Bueno amigos esto ha sido mi post espero les haya gustado, este reto no me dejaba entrenar como es de costumbre por que queria tener rendimiento para poder cumplir con cada día, pero ahora si volveré a mi rutina de entrenamiento, así que se viene más contenido.
