Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en este post les traigo mi regreso al freestyle ya que por ocupaciones académicas no tenia tiempo para hacer freestyle, así que bueno vayamos con el video.

Como tenía tiempo sin practicar dinámicos me sentí un poco pesado, y he perdido agilidad, y hay algunos trucos que no me salen a la primera, ya estoy trabajando para recuperarme y ser mejor en el freestyle, de hecho ya con este entrenamiento y di un gran paso, ya que pude hacer siete 360° seguidas, cosa que no había logrado hacer antes. También luego de hacer los dinámicos quise hacer algunos estáticos, para no perder la costumbre y así ser un atleta completo.
As I had some time without practicing dynamics I felt a little heavy, and I have lost agility, and there are some tricks that do not come out the first time, I am already working to recover and be better in the freestyle, in fact already with this training and I took a big step, because I could do seven 360° in a row, which I had not managed to do before. Also after doing the dynamic ones I wanted to do some static ones, so as not to lose the habit and be a complete athlete.
