Cómo estaba entrenando con mi hermano que lleva poco tiempo haciendo ejercicio coloqué una rutina bastante sencilla pero que son muy eficientes tanto para los atletas principiantes tanto para los avanzados. Lo que hice fue hacer tres tipos de variaciones en flexiones, la primera fueron flexiones normales, la segunda en diamante y la tercera fueron flexiones abiertas, de cada variación de estás flexiones hicimos cuatro series y 20 repeticiones, al final mi hermano quedó fatigado, eso quiere decir que fue efectiva la rutina.
As I was training with my brother who has been exercising for a short time I put a fairly simple routine but they are very efficient for both beginners and advanced athletes. What I did was to do three types of variations in push-ups, the first were normal push-ups, the second in diamond and the third were open push-ups, of each variation of these push-ups we did four sets and 20 repetitions, at the end my brother was fatigued, that means that the routine was effective.
