Luego debemos conseguir una buena parada de manos en varias posiciones como: Piernas abiertas (straddel), piernas cerradas (full) y el más importante para la subida, parada de manos con piernas cerradas y rodillas flexionadas (pino N)

Comienza a realizar negativas hasta que las controles y acumules repeticiones y así podrás llegar a realizar tu primera subida a parada de manos por fuerza
