Entrené en la mañana porque en la tarde sabía que no me iba a dar chance de poder entrenar, por lo cual para no perder mi progreso decidí hacer una rutina de plancha y victorian piso, practicando la parada a una mano, entre otros elementos.

Me he sentido mucho mejor de la lesión, permitiendo que realice rutinas con mejor rango y eficiencia, ya me estoy recuperando con la terapia y el reposo.

I trained in the morning because in the afternoon I knew I wouldn't get a chance to train, so in order not to lose my progress I decided to do a plank routine and victorian floor, practicing the one handstand, among other elements.

I have felt much better from the injury, allowing me to perform routines with better range and efficiency, I am already recovering with therapy and rest.
