Comenzando el día excelente, hola a todos amigos de #SWC, el día de hoy traigo una vez más, variaciones pero ahora en mi universidad 🙌🏻🙌🏻, lo más de esfuerzo posible para que no me regañaran de nuevo 😂.
Solamente les traigo las puras variaciones ya que no tuve mucho tiempo al momento, y de paso que las fotos las tome en mi hora de clases 💡😂.
Procediendo con lo cometido, pude hacer todo a casi finalizar la clase ya cuando mis compañeros estaban de salida, aunque a pesar de todo, al profesor suplente le gustó la mini demostración.
De como hice las flexiones, tanto en rusa como de militar, y luego pude hacer flexiones con aplauso y con aplauso en cadera, luego al finalizar en flexiones en X.
Y nada, con la breve demostración al profesor, cabe decir que pude recibir las felicitaciones ya que, el profesor se impresionó tanto al punto de decir que llegaré lejos 🙌🏻💫, este es el pequeño post que les traigo familia de #SWC, espero que OS guste jajaja, un fuerte saludo 👋🏻.

I only bring you the pure variations since I didn't have much time at the moment, and by the way, I took the photos during my class time 💡😂.
Proceeding with what I had committed, I was able to do everything almost at the end of the class and when my classmates were leaving, although despite everything, the substitute teacher liked the mini demonstration.
How I did the push-ups, both in Russian and military, and then I was able to do push-ups with clap and with hip clap, then at the end in X push-ups.
