En esta hermosa oportunidad les compartiré a ustedes queridos amigos algunas fotografías que me tome durante toda mi estadía en el estado Aragua Maracay. Algunas fotografías son de mis entrenamientos y otras son durante la competencia Duel Of Champions. Todas las fotógrafas son de De distintas planchas. La plancha es un movimiento estático que tiente diversas variaciones y algunas de estas fotografías son de distintas variaciones de plancha, son tomas que me pareciera muy llamativas y más que es movimiento estático muy conocido en nuestro deporte Street Workout, pero este gran estático tienes muchas variaciones de distintos agarres y postura.
Alguno atleta que están ingresando no tiene mucho conocimiento de las diversas vacaciones y es por eso que les comparto estos tipos de publicación de diversas planchas. Estas son fotografías muy interesante, de mis movimientos estáticos que verán los ejecute durante la competencia y mis entrenamientos. In this beautiful opportunity I will share with you dear friends some pictures that I took during my stay in the state of Aragua Maracay. Some pictures are from my training and others are during the Duel Of Champions competition. All the pictures are from different planchas. The plank is a static movement that has many variations and some of these photographs are of different variations of plank, are shots that I found very striking and more that it is static movement well known in our sport Street Workout, but this great static has many variations of different grips and posture.
Some athlete who are entering do not have much knowledge of the various vacations and that is why I share with you these types of publication of various planchas.
