Hola a todos amigos y amigas de la comunidad street workout el día de hoy les compartiré mi forma de entrenar y algunos ejercicios que me han ayudado.
Hello to all friends of the street workout community, today I will be sharing with you my way of training and some exercises that have helped me.

Para iniciar como todos deben saber primero calentamos con estiramientos de movimientos de muñecas, hombros, cuello, piernas así podemos evitar calambres y lesiones, luego de eso hago algo de freestyle con algunos combos de estaticos.
To start as you all should know we first warm up with stretching movements of wrists, shoulders, neck, legs so we can avoid cramps and injuries, after that I do some freestyle with some static combos.
Este ejercicio que ayuda para el estático full planche no es tan fácil ni tan difícil, solo hay que ejecutarlo a la perfección lo realizamos en barras paralelas, subiendo y bajando manteniendo el hollow 10 x 4. Y para complementarlo y trabajar mas la resistencia le agrego aguantes, aguante en posición de L 10 seg, luego recogemos y hacemos tuck adv de planche 10 seg.
This exercise that helps for the static full planche is not so easy or so difficult, you just have to execute it to perfection we perform it in parallel bars, up and down keeping the hollow 10 x 4. And to complement it and to work more resistance, I add holds, hold in L position 10 sec, then we pick up and do tuck adv de planche 10 sec.
El segundo ejercicio que muestro a continuación es hacer o marcar full planche hasta que los hombros se cansen y al igual con el front lever.
The second exercise that I show next is to do or mark full planche until the shoulders get tired and the same with the front lever.
El tercer ejercicio que mostrare para full planche es aguantar tuck avanzado de planche o tuck normal que es aun mas recogido normal mente aguanto 10 seg o mas al fallo al igual que el tuck en front lever.
The third exercise that I will show for full planche is to hold the advanced planche tuck or normal tuck which is even more collected normal mind I hold 10 sec or more at failure just like the front lever tuck.
