Saludos a la comunidad de Street Workout Community, mi nombre es Abraham Sánchez y hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una rutina de hombros.
Greetings to the Street Workout Community, my name is Abraham Sanchez and today I'm going to share with you a shoulder routine.
Dicha rutina está armada con ejercicios básicos nivel intermedio, enfocada en nuestros hombros para incrementar nuestra fuerza en los músculos mencionados anteriormente.
This routine is built with basic intermediate level exercises, focusing on our shoulders to increase our strength in the above mentioned muscles.
Para esta rutina estaremos trabajando en base a los siguientes ejercicios:
Flexiones en parada de mano: 6Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.maximo tiempo en pino asistido: 1Reps/5Sets
Descanso 1 Minuto.Fondos: 20Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.Flexiones en pica: 10Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.Flexiones Declinadas: 15Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.
For this routine we will be working on the following exercises:
Handstand push-ups: 6Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.Maximum time in assisted handstand: 1Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.Dips: 20Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.Pike push-ups : 10Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 Minute.Declined Push-ups: 15Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 Minute.
