It seems you are not the only one that didn't know about it, I wonder if it's only available in the US? I'm curious if anyone sees some in other places now.
Edit: tho I think another Hiver in the UK said they get WGAC too!

To be clear, it's not made FROM older tissue, it's made from recycled paper, like office paper and newspaper. You can't recycle tissue once it's tissue. ;)
