Mejorando otras áreas en mi urbanización [ESP]/[ENG]
Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad @homesolutions, espero que estén disfrutando un excelente fin de semana.
Hoy me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes para mostrarles las nuevas mejoras que se llevan a cabo en mi urbanización gracias al apoyo de todos los vecinos y de la nueva junta de condominio, de la cual mi esposa forma parte.
Hace poco tiempo les presenté una publicación donde les relataba que en mi urbanización se estaban realizando algunas mejoras entre las cuales estaba la pintura de brocales áreas comunes y bacheos viales.
Ahora se tomó en cuenta a los pequeños y jóvenes de la urbanización pues se trabajó en la remodelación del área del parque infantil y de la cancha, las cuales son muy importantes porque están destinadas no solo a la recreación de nuestros niños pequeños, sino donde nuestros jóvenes practican deporte.
Así como se acondicionan las área comunes, caminerías, áreas verdes,luminarias, vialidad y brocales, también hay que invertir en la recreación de nuestros muchachos, sobretodo en esta época de vacaciones para que inviertan su tiempo libre en actividades aeróbicas y tengan un sitio adecuado y agradable donde hacer deporte sanamente y bajo la supervisión de sus padres.

Se compró pintura especial para canchas color azul para darle un retoque al piso del parque infantil, se le colocó grama artificial en un sector, se pintaron los bancos y también las paredes lindero que delimitan la cancha.
Con estas mejoras le cambió la cara a estos ambientes, que no estaban tan mal pero periódicamente hay que renovarlos para prolongar su vida útil y para hacerlos más agradables, además a nosotros como padres nos llena de satisfacción ver que nuestros hijos se están desarrollando en un ambiente limpio y agradable sin necesidad de salir de su hogar.

Estas mejoras se están haciendo en esta fecha por dos razones: para que en Navidad y año nuevo tengamos mejores ambientes para la recreación, tan importantes para el desarrollo de nuestros niños y jóvenes y también se pensó en adquirir las pinturas en estos meses, ya que al aproximarse el mes de Diciembre todo aumenta de precio, sobretodo lo que tiene que ver con pinturas y revestimientos.
Como dije en otra oportunidad, si los habitantes de la urbanización no pagan el condominio, es imposible acometer estos trabajos que contribuyen a realzar nuestros espacios y a revalorizar nuestra inversión.

Improving other areas in my urbanization

Today I am with you again to show you the new improvements taking place in my development thanks to the support of all the neighbors and the new condo board, of which my wife is part of.
A short time ago I presented you a publication where I told you that some improvements were being made in my urbanization, among which was the painting of curbs in common areas and road potholes.

Now we took into account the children and young people of the urbanization because we worked on the remodeling of the playground area and the court, which are very important because they are intended not only for the recreation of our young children, but where our young people practice sports.
Just as we condition the common areas, walkways, green areas, lighting, roads and sidewalks, we must also invest in the recreation of our children, especially in this vacation season to invest their free time in aerobic activities and have an adequate and pleasant place where they can play sports in a healthy way and under the supervision of their parents.

Special blue paint was purchased to give a touch-up to the floor of the playground, artificial grass was placed in one sector, the benches were painted and also the boundary walls that delimit the court.
These improvements changed the face of these environments, which were not so bad but periodically need to be renovated to prolong their useful life and to make them more pleasant, also we as parents are very pleased to see that our children are developing in a clean and pleasant environment without having to leave their home.

These improvements are being made at this time for two reasons: so that at Christmas and New Year we have better environments for recreation, so important for the development of our children and young people and also thought of acquiring the paints in these months, since the approaching month of December everything increases in price, especially what has to do with paints and coatings.
As I said in another opportunity, if the inhabitants of the urbanization do not pay the condominium, it is impossible to undertake these works that contribute to enhance our spaces and to revalue our investment.
