Do not allow what happens around you to get inside you and sink you. You must not allow yourself to be overcome. God has given us a new spirit of strength so that in his name we can overcome the obstacles and limitations that this world presents us with.
We must not let our discouragement get overwhelmed by problems, we must act diligently and promptly, seeking God's face at all times since he is the one who gives us the strength to rise from any storm.
God is faithful and keeps his promises. It is possible that today you may feel discouraged by everything you look around you but I assure you that you will receive consolation from God if you decide to put your gaze on him.
2 Corinthians 4: 8-9
8 that we are troubled in everything, but not distressed; in distress, but not desperate;
9 persecuted, but not abandoned; shot down, but not destroyed;
(Reina-Valera 1960)
The providential hand of God controls us, keeping us within a precise limit when we live adverse and difficult times, for this reason we can go through tribulations and anguish but we do not despair because it is God who has all the control when we leave everything in his hands.
Likewise the Bible reminds us that God hears the anguished when we pray to him when we cry out with a contrite and humbled heart he never despises us.
Psalm 34: 17-19
17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears,
And delivers them from all their troubles.
18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted;
And save the contrite of spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But Jehovah will deliver him out of them all.
(RVR1960)
We will all suffer afflictions, but Christians, those of us who seek God and trust and believe in his word, will receive comfort because his word tells us that God will deliver us from all present afflictions. Therefore, do not allow this moment of adversity and bad times to sink you into pessimism, lift your eyes to the giver of life to the almighty and you will find new strength.
Very good and appropriate post!
Have a Great Eve.!
