The destiny God has for you requires a suitable environment. This is why God commanded Abraham to leave his father's house not because he wasn't comfortable but because there was little he could achieve there relative to his global destiny.

Scripture declares in Genesis 13:14 that as soon as Lot was Separated from Abraham, God spoke to Abraham to lift up his eyes.
Didn't that amaze you?
All these while Abraham was with lot, God didn't speak and his eyes were down. There are companies that will limit the entrance of light to you. They always discuss vain things. Staying there will destroy your destiny. There are folks that have myopic sight, they don't see far, nothing challenging about them, all they think of is what to eat and wear, staying with them will end you in mediocrity.
Your network determines your networth. Success is greatly influenced by contacts. Environment is not defined by geography but contacts. Expand your contacts if you must go far. Leave your father's house. Leave the status quo. There's more.
The Holy Ghost demanded that Paul and Barnabas be sperated for a greater work. For every greater assignment there must be a separation from the less. This doesn't mean segregation rather it suggest fellowshipping with a higher exposure for greater manifestation.
