Learning to stay positively focused is the root of unbelievable and unimaginable breakthroughs with God. For anything the Lord has earmarked for you and for every purpose drawn out for you; you can be very sure that the enemy has another dimension to it. It doesn’t matter what it is and it doesn’t matter still where it is; one thing you can be very sure of is that the enemy will show up. As a preacher declaring God’s righteous counsel from the pulpit and you are stirred by God to make an altar call, then comes the devil. He comes with another dimension –_ “What if no one comes out?_
The people will think your message has no effect”. He comes with the question and he subtly provides the answer. Lying devil! It’s not all about me, it is about God. It’s not anything about my word; it’s all about God’s Word. Refuse to give in to any dimension the devil brings, stay focused on the instruction you have received from the Lord. If it is God’s Word, you will prevail with it.
No matter what the enemy parades before you as a sweet alternative to God’s counsel; you must not give in. the “sweetness” the devil brings today turn out to be a source of bitter regret tomorrow. There is nothing good in the devil, there is nothing of the devil that deserves to be looked into. If the devil can get your gaze; then you are set for his cage. Eve in the Garden of Eden felt the devil was making a point as she sought to look into what the devil was saying and she was trapped beyond measure. All you need to know is that it is the devil; if he is the one, then it is not worth your attention.

Jesus told Peter to come walk on the water and Peter steppes out of the ship walking on the water to meet the Lord Jesus. All of a sudden, the devil brought the dimension of some angry terrifying waves and because Peter took his gaze off Jesus to give the devil an undue attention, he began to sink. If the devil could show up in the physical presence of Jesus, seeking to withstand the Words of the Master, he will show up anywhere and anytime on your path. The way the Holy Spirit of God seeks God’s Word for execution; that is how the devil seeks to withstand the Word of God wherever he finds it. If you will learn to stay focused on the Word, you will prevail with the Word, because God stands by His Word to perform it.
