YOU ARE RAISING ABOVE AFFLICTION AND MISERY

When going through this man "Jerry Uchechukw Eze" in his article really helpful in this passage of the Bible.

“And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,” (Mark 11: 1)

The Scripture here speaks of that time when Christ came in contact with these place Bethphage and Bethany, and Mount Olives was in the cities of these two Bethphage, but it was neither to be called Mount Bethphage, nor Mount Bethany. Which gives us it meaning. ‘Bethphage’ means ‘unripe figs’ or ‘affliction’, while ‘Bethany’ means ‘House of Misery’.

So the Mount of Olives was located in these two cities with the known negative identities, but it had a different identity and a different height. Mount Olives could be located in the midst of ‘Affliction’ or ‘Misery’, but in this very location it's lead to divine encounters. The negative character that Bethphage and Bethany as it was known for did not happen to the Mount Olives. The Mount Olives had a different reality from its environment as we to know about.

You and I in such a time like this may find ourself in the middle of the ‘Bethanys’(affliction from people, friends, family and so, with miserable life cause by people around you) and ‘Bethphages’ of this world of our time, but who we matters our identity is different and our reality is also be different. Although it will always be a negativity around, but it's will not succeed over any believer who truly trust. The negativity of people around you they experiencing will not be your portion. Afflictions and misery of people around you will not come near you. This man article Jerry Uchechukw brought me so much revelation on this. Coping with negative people really needs grace of God to overcome them cause they may sometime appears to be kind but they are actually not.

In the research discover that this Mount, happens to be a bit higher than low grounds of Bethphage and Bethany, and by it assumption gives it identity different from its environment. Because of it hight made it different.

With what Jesus is doing in our lives gives me the boldness that we are supernaturally higher and advantageous, and the children of God will not obtain negative in Christ. Because you are seated with Him in heavenly places, you will not take on the negative identity of your family, friends and your environment.

I or You may see yourself in the same place where things have gone awry, been confused but your identity is different. Whatever the environment is speak, know that your case is different.

In the bottom line of his article posted sited the book of Job that strengthens faith.

Job 22: 29 says: “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”
