And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the main commandment. Mark 12:30 Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)

How can I love God if I hate my neighbor?
If I don't love someone I can see, how can I come to love someone I can't see?
A heart without Christ is capable of hating, hating and killing, but a heart that has been transformed with the power of the blood of Christ is capable of loving even its own enemy. Love is a mandate from God and must be applied to the sphere of where our enemies are. We cannot live deceitfully, believing that we should only love those who love us and hate those who hate us. God simply commands us to love and beg those who hate us. The Lord said that if we love Him, then we must keep His commandments.
Loving God is limited to loving the people around us, be they friends or enemies. When we evaluate our hearts and recognize that we do not hold hatred or resentment against anyone, there we can say that our heart loves God. In the same way, if our mind does not plot evil against anyone and the thoughts that are generated in the laboratory of our brain are thoughts of good, we can say that we love God with our mind.
The intensity with which we love our fellow men brings us closer to the love we should have for God.
The soul of Jesus bore all the punishment, contempt, hatred and hatred for us, so that our souls would be freed from all emotional oppression and we would have the capacity to forgive and love.
If we say that we love God but despise our neighbor, our love is feigned and God is not in us. Loving God leads us to materialize our love for the people around us and to maintain a peace within our being.
