Hola a todos, hoy toco entrenar mi estático favorito la plancha, supuestamente iba a hacer dinámicos pero tenía qué irme temprano así que solo tocó entrenar plancha.
La rutina fue increíble me enfoque en cada momento de tener una buena postura, empecé con presses en liga con agarre prono y supino lo intente primero sin liga pero me costaba mucho, después hice flexiones profundas en lean planch también en prono y supino, y termine la rutina con aguantes en liga de plancha en half.
Mientras espera a un compañero que estaba haciendo la misma rutina que yo hice unos intentos con liga de hefesto ya allí no podía más con mis hombros y bíceps.

Hi everyone, today I had to train my favorite static exercise the plank, I was supposed to do dynamic but I had to leave early so I only had to train the plank.
The routine was amazing, I focused on every moment to have a good posture, I started with presses in garter with prone and supine grip, I tried first without garter but it was really hard, then I did deep pushups in lean planch also in prone and supine, and finished the routine with plank holds in garter in half.
While waiting for a colleague who was doing the same routine as me I made a few attempts with hefesto garter and there I could no longer with my shoulders and biceps.
