¡Un abrazo a todos y muchas bendiciones para los días por venir! ¿Cómo les va? 🌿

Ha pasado un tiempo bastante largo, desde que he publicado en hive contando un poco de mis andanzas, manualidades o algunos trabajitos... En ese tiempo ha habido cumpleaños, paseos con amigos, karaokes, maratones de series para llorar, visitas al médico y muchos vasos de jugo de guayaba a la hora del almuerzo, cena y bueno, sinceramente a cualquier hora 🤭 (la temporada de guayabas llegó a casa).

Hoy quiero contarles la experiencia de tener un ahijado tan bondadoso, comelón y repostero. Moisés es en verdad maravilloso, lo he visto crecer, aprender a caminar, bailar, hornear y ahora mismo lo puedo guiar en este camino de la repostería, al menos una donde abundan las recetas caseras y tradicionales. Mi esposo y yo mantenemos la esperanza de que nuestra familia crezca y que Moisés tenga un primito o primita para jugar pronto.

Moisés a pesar de ser tan extrovertido, no siempre tiene compañía para pintar, correr o jugar. Creo que hace falta un par de primitos y primitas en la familia 😅 porque a veces en sus cumpleaños solo hay adultos.

La noche anterior a su cumpleaños, me fui bien temprano a su casa para hornear las tortas y cupcakes. Le expliqué cada paso con mucho detalle, me ayudó pesando los ingredientes y coloreando la mezcla de cupcakes. Por último, le hice un mini test sobre lo que le expliqué antes y de premio lo dejé hacer la última tanda de cupcakes, estaba más emocionado por usar la batidora 😁, pero amigos, mi pequeño ayudante se cansó muy rápido y me dijo que estaba pesada la batidora 😅.

Al menos vivió la experiencia y parece que le gustó, dice que quiere un horno eléctrico para vender galletas y cuando tenga más fuerza en los brazos podrá vender tortas. ¡Mi ahijado y sus primeros sueños monetarios de niño grande! Hoy en estas palabras veo la importancia de permitir que un niño aprenda a través de la experiencia real, haciendo y siendo parte, no solamente observando.

Pasamos casi todo el día y la noche ocupados, horas antes de la fiesta mi esposo comenzó a batir las claras de huevo para el merengue y pasó lo más temido...

El merengue se puso feo. Miren amigos, ese merengue no se podía bailar 😂 no sabemos cómo, no sabemos cuándo, pero fuimos víctimas de un merengue cortado, ¡jaja! Y lo peor es que aunque ya se veía medio raro, decoramos una de las tortas y algunos cupcakes; pasaron dos minutos y esa decoración no quería estar ahí. Hubo que salir a comprar más huevos y volver a batir, con la fe de que esta vez saldría bien.

¡Y se logró! ✨

En este cumpleaños este muchacho se propuso armar una lista de actividades para hacer y por fin tuvo muchos invitados de su edad 😁. Organizó un baile, una tarde de pintar, cuenta chistes, adivinanzas, incluso me preguntó si yo podría hacer de pinta caritas, pero con temática de Pokémon, me la puso difícil ¡jaja! Pero por supuesto yo tenía que cumplir con esa petición 🤭.

Lo pasamos superchévere, los invitados quedaron felices con los juegos que organizó Moisés y encantados con el sabor de los cupcakes que él ayudó a preparar.

Y esa ha sido la anécdota de hoy, anécdota donde quedaron muchas risas, porque la verdad es que el primer merengue que hizo mi esposo quedó bien chistoso y todos nos decían que se veía bonito para que el hombre no se pusiera triste, al final la verdad salió a la luz entre risas y risas 😂

It's been quite a long time, since I've posted on hive telling a bit of my wanderings, crafts or some little jobs... In that time there have been birthdays, outings with friends, karaokes, marathons of series to cry, doctor visits and many glasses of guava juice at lunch, dinner and well, honestly any time 🤭 (guava season came home).

Today I want to tell you about the experience of having such a kind, foodie and baker godson. Moises is truly wonderful, I have seen him grow, learn to walk, dance, bake and now I can guide him on this path of baking, at least one where homemade and traditional recipes abound. My husband and I keep hoping that our family will grow and that Moises will have a little cousin to play with soon.

Although Moises is so outgoing, he doesn't always have company to paint, run or play with. I think it takes a couple of little cousins in the family 😅 because sometimes on his birthdays there are only adults.

The night before her birthday, I went to her house early in the morning to bake the cakes and cupcakes. I explained each step in detail, he helped me by weighing the ingredients and coloring the cupcake mix. Finally, I gave him a mini test on what I explained before and as a reward I let him make the last batch of cupcakes, he was more excited to use the mixer 😁, but friends, my little helper got tired very fast and told me that the mixer was heavy 😅.

At least he lived the experience and seems to like it, he says he wants an electric oven to sell cookies and when he has more strength in his arms he will be able to sell cakes. My godson and his first monetary dreams as a big kid! Today in these words I see the importance of allowing a child to learn through actual experience, by doing and being a part, not just observing.

We spent most of the day and evening busy, hours before the party my husband began to whip the egg whites for the meringue and the most dreaded thing happened...

The merengue got ugly. Look friends, that meringue could not be danced 😂 we don't know how, we don't know when, but we were victims of a cut meringue, haha! And the worst thing is that even though it already looked kind of weird, we decorated one of the cakes and some cupcakes; two minutes went by and that decoration didn't want to be there. We had to go out to buy more eggs and beat again, with the faith that this time it would turn out well.

And it did! ✨

On this birthday this boy set out to put together a list of activities to do and finally had lots of guests his age 😁. He organized a dance, an afternoon of painting, joke telling, riddles, he even asked me if I could do face painting, but with a Pokémon theme, he gave me a hard time haha! But of course I had to comply with that request 🤭.

We had a great time, the guests were happy with the games that Moisés organized and delighted with the taste of the cupcakes that he helped prepare.

And that has been today's anecdote, an anecdote where many laughs were left, because the truth is that the first merengue that my husband made was very funny and everyone told us that it looked nice so that the man would not be sad, in the end the truth came out amid laughter and laughter 😂
