Navidades en Torrejón (ESP-ING)

Hola amigos espero se encuentren bien, y ya se estén preparando para la época mas bonita del año, donde sacamos tiempo para compartir con amigos y familia, donde nos replanteamos nuestras metas y objetivos, y disfrutamos todos juntos alrededor de la mesa de una comida especial que va mas allá de los alimentos que consumimos, a mi parecer lo que la hace especial es el compartir con esos seres queridos que día a día lo están dando todo por cada miembro de su familia y por supuesto que ya tenga su carta de deseos lista para ser entregada.

Hello friends, I hope you are all well and getting ready for the most wonderful time of the year, when we take time to share with friends and family, rethink our goals and objectives, and enjoy a special meal together around the table that goes beyond the food we eat. In my opinion, what makes it special is sharing it with those loved ones who give their all every day for each member of their family, and of course, having your wish list ready to be delivered.

por acá nosotros fuimos a conocer un parque navideño emblemático de la comunidad donde estamos viviendo, es lo mas esperado por estos lados, el día que decidimos ir no había muy buen clima la verdad, llovía por ratos, sin embargo eso no fue impedimento para realizar nuestra visita, nos abrigamos bien y nos fuimos a la calle, la actividad la realizan en el recinto ferial de la ciudad, el cual queda bastante cerca de nuestra casa, por lo cual nos fuimos caminando, mi amiga Elizabeth y su esposo Jhoan nos acompañaron en esta aventura, al llegar escanean tus entradas, había muy poca gente me imagino que debido al clima.

Here we went to visit an iconic Christmas park in the community where we live. It's the most eagerly awaited event around here. The day we decided to go, the weather wasn't very good, to be honest. It rained on and off, However, that didn't stop us from going. We wrapped up warm and headed out. The event is held at the city's fairgrounds, which is quite close to our house, so we walked there. My friend Elizabeth and her husband Jhoan joined us on this adventure. When we arrived, they scanned our tickets. There were very few people there, probably because of the weather.

Al entrar te encuentras con los juegos mecánicos, vez un árbol de navidad enorme, la rueda de la fortuna o la noria como le dicen acá, hay una señalización que te lleva a una exposición de luces asombrosa, un bosque de mariposas, animales, dragones, dinosaurios, flores, todo hecho con luces, algunos incluso se mueven, de verdad es bastante impresionante, todo el camino esta señalizado para que no te pierdas de nada, hay luces por todos lados, un ambiente navideño bien encantador, también hay un paseo de las hadas con troles y de mas, el olor a vino caliente especiado invade el ambiente, acompañado de castañas asadas y chocolate con churros, los cuales por supuesto no nos perdimos.

When you enter, you find amusement rides, a huge Christmas tree, and the Ferris wheel, or “noria” as they call it here. There are signs that lead you to an amazing light display, a forest of butterflies, animals, dragons, dinosaurs, flowers, all made with lights. Some of them even move. It's really quite impressive. The entire route is signposted so you don't miss a thing. There are lights everywhere, creating a truly enchanting Christmas atmosphere. There is also a fairy trail with trolls and more. The smell of spiced mulled wine fills the air, accompanied by roasted chestnuts and chocolate with churros, which of course we didn't miss out on.

En el recorrido nos encontramos con los juegos típicos de feria, Miguel estaba impaciente por participar en alguno, así que jugo a pescar patitos, en el cual siempre ganas algo sumando los puntos que obtengas con cada patito pescado, también vimos los puestos de ventas, de comida, recuerdos, curiosidades propias de estos eventos, dentro del espectáculos puedes ver la obra de los cascanueces, el grich y a Santa Claus volar pero en vista del clima todo eso fue suspendido, debemos volver para poder disfrutarlos. ahhh... casi olvido contarles Miguel se subió a una atracción donde iba subiendo pisos en una casa, y en cada piso debía cumplir misiones, le encanto aunque yo moría de nervios por que todo estaba mojada y me daba un miedo que se cayera.

Along the way, we came across the typical fairground games. Miguel was eager to take part in one, so he played duck fishing, where you always win something by adding up the points you get for each duck you catch. We also saw the stalls selling food, souvenirs, and curiosities typical of these events. Among the shows, you can see The Nutcracker, the Grinch, and Santa Claus flying, but due to the weather, all of that was canceled. We'll have to come back to enjoy them. Ahhh... I almost forgot to tell you that Miguel went on a ride where he climbed floors in a house, and on each floor he had to complete missions. He loved it, although I was dying of nerves because everything was wet and I was afraid he would fall.

Fue una noche mágica, donde nos dejamos envolver por la magia de la navidad, estamos entusiasmados por volver para disfrutar de todo aquello que la lluvia no nos dejo, siempre me parece importante valorar toda la logística y trabajo que hay detrás de estos eventos, mucha gente trabajando para que todos pasemos un noche o un día diferente, espero volver estos dias y contarles que tal nos fue.

It was a magical night, where we let ourselves be enveloped by the magic of Christmas. We are excited to return to enjoy everything that the rain prevented us from doing. I always think it is important to appreciate all the logistics and work that goes into these events, with many people working so that we can all have a different night or day. I hope to return in the next few days and tell you how it went.
