MY STRUGGLE ON HIVE

in Family & Friends5 months ago

I could remember the first time I wrote my introduction post on Hive; I was very eager to write and upload a series of posts. However, I became distracted and busy, which kept me away for a while. When I did check back, I often just scrolled through the comment section and smiled.

I started feeling a bit anxious about what to write. It wasn't that I lacked ideas, but I had this silly worried whether people would actually read my posts. Gradually, I began to summon the courage to become more active. some time, when I log in, I make it a point to read other people’s posts and also to engage with the community.

My time away from Hive and writing led to a slow development of my writing skills. Writing is a natural instinct for me, flowing directly from my thoughts. Besides writing, I have skills in graphic design, which I intend to use creatively to complement my educational background in analytical chemistry. I'm currently in the final stages of my BSc degree in chemistry.

Most of my time were spent in the research lab at my school, and when ideas come to me, I jot them down to revisit later. On a very day, I started thinking about what I could focus on and how I could improve myself. I kept pondering what I could do to become more relevant. Then, a thought came to me; Water is life. Water takes the shape of its container. it flows with the rhythm of its course. Water is very important, but it doesn't worry about whether it will be useful for drinking or cooking. This realization inspired me to focus on flowing naturally with my interests and talents, trusting that they will find their purpose.

Later on, I decided that Hive isn't about trying to go viral with your posts. It's all about expressing your feelings, sharing your experiences, and showcasing your talents. I'm glad I realized this by reading through other people's posts and interpreting their daily life experiences. The stories I read here are so wonderful, ranging from descriptions of beautiful abandoned buildings to stunning natural landscapes. Such posts highlight the beauty of our world, even if we can't be there in person. By sharing your own experiences, you can help others feel better.
I hope to be welcomed back here.😊😊
