Compartir en familia es importante y necesario y beneficiosa para todos ya que nos fortalece los lazos familiares y crea recuerdos que son inolvidables , además de ayudar a reducir el estrés porque nos liberamos de cualquier carga que tengamos y aunque parezca algo simple es necesario, amo cuando puedo compartir con mi familia y disfrutar momentos de calidad con ellos y más si están mis hijos porque así ellos disfrutan de esos hermosos momentos que tuve también yo en mi infancia cuando era pequeña.
Sharing with family is important and necessary and beneficial for everyone because it strengthens family ties and creates unforgettable memories, besides helping to reduce stress because we are freed from any burden we have and although it seems simple it is necessary, I love when I can share with my family and enjoy quality time with them and more if my children are there because they enjoy those beautiful moments that I also had in my childhood when I was little.
Recuerdo que mi infancia fue muy bonita y prevaleció siempre la unión familiar y bellos momentos que están grabados en mis recuerdos que no olvido , son recuerdos de mi infancia que están muy presentes y que quiero que también mis pequeños los tengan y los recuerden cuando sean adultos , estos recuerdos hermosos junto a mi familia me ayudan a sentirme mejor cuando estoy triste o cuando tengo alguna preocupación de algo ya que son lazos fuertes que me transmiten apoyo emocional, recuerdo mucho las actividades que solía hacer y compartir con mis padres de pequeña ya que soliamos tener tarde de juegos y esto me ayudó mucho a reforzar mi autoestima porque me sentía querido , apreciado y valorado por ellos , al crecer nunca me sentí menos que nadie sino más bien privilegiada de mi hermosa familia.
I remember that my childhood was very nice and always prevailed family unity and beautiful moments that are engraved in my memories that I do not forget, are memories of my childhood that are very present and I also want my children to have them and remember them when they are adults, these beautiful memories with my family help me feel better when I'm sad or when I have any concern about something because they are strong ties that transmit me emotional support, I remember a lot the activities I used to do and share with my parents when I was little because we used to have afternoon games and this helped me a lot to reinforce my self-esteem because I felt loved, appreciated and valued by them, growing up I never felt less than anyone but rather privileged of my beautiful family.
Agradezco a Dios por mantenernos unidos y sanos que podamos tener hermosos momentos de calidad juntos y crear recuerdos hermosos que nos ayuda a estar más juntos y fortalecer todo el amor que sentimos, soy de las que creé y piensa que si reforzamos el tiempo de calidad en nuestros pequeños estaremos contribuyendo en niños que en un mañana no sentirán miedo de preguntar y hablar con sus padres sobre ningún tema porque son valores que los estamos resforzando desde temprana edad y los estamos preparando para el futuro para que tengan mayor estabilidad emocional y a valorar la familia que es algo que no se puede comprar con dinero y ayudamos a qué también desarrollen mejores habilidades sociales, es por esta razón que compartir en familia tiempo de calidad beneficia a nuestros pequeños y también a nosotros como padres.
I thank God for keeping us united and healthy so that we can have beautiful moments of quality time together and create beautiful memories that help us to be more together and strengthen all the love we feel, I am one of those who believe and think that if we reinforce quality time in our little ones we will be contributing in children who in the future will not be afraid to ask and talk to their parents about any topic because they are values that we are reinforcing from an early age and we are preparing them for the future to have more emotional stability and to value the family which is something that cannot be bought with money and we help them to develop better social skills, it is for this reason that sharing quality family time benefits our children and also us as parents.
El compartir momentos donde podamos demostrar amor, aumentar nuestros vínculos afectivos , mejora la comunicación y liberar el estrés nos beneficia a todos como familia y nos ayuda a formar a ciudadanos de bien para tener un mejor futuro y personas emocionalmente estables que es increíble pero es una de las mayores fallas actualmente ya que estamos viviendo en una época donde existe mucho desequilibrio emocional producto de tantas fallas en su infancia donde hay que hacer un stop tratar de llevar las cosas con calma y poder ver las cosas que nos afectan con otras perspectiva para buscarle solución porque todo en esta vida tienen solución menos la muerte.
Sharing moments where we can show love, increase our bonds of affection, improve communication and release stress benefits us all as a family and helps us to form good citizens to have a better future and emotionally stable people which is incredible but is one of the biggest failures today as we are living in a time where there is much emotional imbalance product of so many failures in their childhood where you have to make a stop try to take things calmly and to see things that affect us with other perspective to find a solution because everything in this life has a solution except death.
