A Wonderful Time with Colleague Friends Preparing the Venue for day 2 of the In- service Training for Teachers

Hello my dear Hivers from the @family-friends community! How are you all doing? I hope you're all in great shape and are doing productive things today with friends and family and even in work.

Yesterday was a great day to do productive things as the weather is good with the sun out. Since we were task to do the decoration for the 3 day seminar will be having every Friday me and my colleagues went to the venue to prepare it.

That's what I want to share with you today. At 3:30 in the afternoon, the four of us went to the venue. We had a motorcycle ride for about 15 minutes to reach the venue. When we came there, the teachers assigned to preparing the tables and chairs were already there and were done with their task already.

So we made our moves faster. Thought of compatible combination of colors to make the back drop look presentable and beautiful. We came up to having silver and gold leaves around with a mix of green leaves to compliment the blue cloth we skirted.

While the other two were putting a thumb tacks to the leaves so it would stick, I was preparing the leaves and give thumbtacks if needed. That way the decoration became faster.

We were having a good time doing the task we didn't notice we were done. At about 4:15 in the afternoon we were already done. Just perfect as my husband also came to fetch me.

Indeed helping each other and making efforts to contribute makes a task faster and much easier to accomplish. While doing the task we also get to share jokes and opinions about certain topics. It makes the experience more memorable and worth the while.
