For the last five years, I worked at several bpo companies. I have met a lot of people with different personalities and characteristics and I have built inseparable bonds with the people I have worked with.
In the most recent bpo company I worked for before I joined the Department Of Education, I met a lot of friends who became family. We have worked with each other for over a year and a couple of months. During that duration, we have shared a lot of good memories at work and even outside.
We decided to reunite and go out for lunch. Since their is a newly opened samgyupsal place in Jones, Cebu City, we decided to try it out.

The side dishes were a lot and we enjoyed it so much. The lettuce were fresh and the meat was savory.
There were three flavors of meat served to us and it was perfectly seasoned.
If I were to rate the food, I would give it six out of ten. The food was good but I have tasted a lot better samgyupsal, but given the cheap price, it is understandable.
Today was not just about the foods we are sharing, but the bond and fond stories we will be sharing. We have not seen each other for quite some time and this day is a perfect day to be reunited.
Our one friend just gave birth to his son who is our godson also, which is our first time meeting him today, and we were so happy to meet him for the first time.
Our other friend is new to motherhood and we are always here to guide us all the way, she shared all her experiences, how was her experience after giving birth via cesarian section, her breastfeeding experience and so much more.
During our days at work, there are four of us who are very close to each other, and the other failed to come during this day due to some prior appointments.
It was just the three of us and their children since my son did not come with me since his situated in the province.
I really cherish days like these being able to be reunited with my good old friends whom is close to my heart so fondly. We worked with each other for one year and a couple months, we have seen each other almost everyday and we have witnessed a lot of our successes and downfalls.
This is my friend’e eight-month old son. We have witnessed her mother get nauseous at work, had a lot of symptoms of early pregnancy and we were there when she took her first pregnancy test. We witnessed their journey altogether especially when the child’s biological father left them.
It is very difficult to be a single mother. Being able to face all the challenges alone, and conquer all the problems alone. It struck me so much when our friend thank us for spending the day with her, that even on a little way, we are able to ease her wary heart and worried mind.
We talked so much at lunch and it was such a fun thing to do samgyupsal while having some chitchats.
After lunch, we decided to go to the mall.
We walked around and bought some things I needed for school. The children had so much fun walking around also.
I am looking forward to more days like these, being able to be reunited with good friends.
