La siguiente es una serie de publicaciones que quiero hacer con la finalidad de dar a conocer lo que el Señor esta haciendo con nosotros en nuestra comunidad de fe, compartir lo que el Señor nos esta permitiendo hacer con toda la comunidad, además de compartir con una persona muy especial para nosotros aquí, así que espero les guste lo que voy a compartir con ustedes ya que es un testimonio de fe, de perseverancia, de esfuerzo y restauración.

Este 2025 lo inicie con muchas expectativas, con planes y proyectos en esta plataforma y fuera de ella, sin embargo, muy temprano comencé a vivir un proceso donde todos esos planes, proyectos y expectativas literalmente se vinieron al suelo, pero como el Señor es bueno también tenia preparado para mi un plan de restauración y bendiciones en medio del proceso, es como si me estuviera diciendo "Este proceso no es para muerte, te levantaras mas fuerte".

Hoy estoy aquí compartiendo mi experiencia de este ano y particularmente lo que el Señor nos esta permitiendo construir en medio del proceso, podría escribir mucho acerca del proceso vivido, pero hoy quiero mostrar el resultado de todo lo que provoco el proceso.

Inicio de construcción

Nuestra comunidad de fe este 2025 cumplió 10 anos, sin embargo, por razones económicas, crisis en nuestro pais estábamos sobreviviendo y no podíamos pensar en construir, aunque había otros factores que también influían, como por ejemplo una mentalidad dependiente, temor a iniciar algo y tal vez falta de visión y proyección de trabajo, aunque esporádicamente intentamos algún trabajo para recaudar los fondos siempre falto la constancia, y creo que tenia una trasfondo espiritual que no aceptaba.

Luego de iniciar este proceso y experimentar un trato del Señor con mi persona, El mismo comenzó a reunir un grupo de personas a mi alrededor los cuáles se convirtieron en el equipo para iniciar un trabajo mas constante, esto nos permitió comenzar a comprar material para iniciar la construcción de nuestra casa de oración (Iglesia).

Como mencione anteriormente en anos anteriores habíamos intentado otros emprendimientos que aunque nos ayudaron un poco no tuvieron la suficiente consistencia para comprar el material que necesitábamos, así que formamos un equipo de trabajo con el cual comenzamos a vender almuerzos (sopa) cada domingo y con el dinero generado iniciamos la compra de materiales, para posteriormente iniciar con las fundaciones de lo que será nuestra casa de oración (Iglesia).

La venta de almuerzos va bien, hay mucha gente que se esta sumando y hemos visto como la clientela esta creciendo, cada domingo vendemos entre 60 y 80 almuerzos a un precio de 3$ cada almuerzo, no es tanto lo que deja pero domingo a domingo vamos sumando para invertir en materiales de construcción.

Iniciando las bases

Esta semana iniciamos lo que son las fundaciones para nuestra casa de oración, el proceso se llevo a cabo de la siguiente manera: La semana anterior hicimos las mediciones, demarcación y nivelación del terreno para dejar todo listo y comenzar a trabajar con excavación, colocación del acero y vaciado de cemento.

La excavación y vaciado lo hicimos los días miércoles y jueves de la semana pasada, fueron dos jornadas exigentes pero muy satisfactorias, además todo esto nos sirvió también para realizar los cálculos del material que vamos a necesitar para establecer las fundaciones antes de terminar el año.

El material que teníamos nos ayudo a dar inicio, sin embargo, todavía nos falta mucho, así que seguimos trabajando y tenemos previsto realizar una jornada de trabajo similar la ultima semana del ano para seguir construyendo nuestro sueno de tener un lugar con mejores condiciones para congregarnos.

Conclusiones

Tenemos una meta que nos trazamos al inicio de este trabajo de ventas de almuerzos, y nuestra meta es terminar todo el trabajo de las fundaciones (bases) antes de finalizar el ano, y según los cálculos nos hace falta aproximadamente 28 sacos de cemento y 5 cerchas (Estructuras de acero).

Cada saco de cemento tiene un valor de 18$ aquí en nuestra ciudad, y cada cercha tiene un valor de 16$, así que seguimos trabajando y esforzándonos para lograr el objetivo de este ano.

I started 2025 with many expectations, plans, and projects on this platform and beyond. However, very early on, I began to experience a process where all those plans, projects, and expectations literally came crashing down. But because the Lord is good, He also had a plan of restoration and blessings prepared for me in the midst of the process. It is as if He were saying to me, “This process is not for death; you will rise stronger.”

Today, I am here to share my experience this year and, in particular, what the Lord is allowing us to build in the midst of the process. I could write a lot about the process we went through, but today I want to show the result of everything that the process brought about.

Start of construction

Our faith community celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025. However, for economic reasons and due to the crisis in our country, we were just surviving and couldn't think about building. There were other factors that also influenced this, such as a dependent mentality, fear of starting something new, and perhaps a lack of vision and work projection. Although we sporadically attempted to raise funds, we always lacked consistency, and I believe there was a spiritual background that I did not accept.

After starting this process and experiencing the Lord's dealings with me, He began to gather a group of people around me who became the team to start a more consistent work. This allowed us to begin purchasing materials to start building our house of prayer (church).

As I mentioned earlier, in previous years we had tried other ventures that, although they helped us a little, were not consistent enough to buy the materials we needed. So we formed a work team with which we began to sell lunches (soup) every Sunday, and with the money generated, we began to purchase materials to later start laying the foundations of what will be our house of prayer (church).

Lunch sales are going well. Many people are joining us, and we have seen our clientele grow. Every Sunday, we sell between 60 and 80 lunches at a price of $3 each. It is not a lot of money, but Sunday after Sunday, we are adding to our savings to invest in construction materials.

Laying the foundations

This week we began laying the foundations for our house of prayer. The process was carried out as follows: Last week we measured, marked out, and leveled the land to get everything ready to begin excavation, steel placement, and cement pouring.

We did the excavation and pouring on Wednesday and Thursday of last week. They were two demanding but very satisfying days. All of this also helped us calculate the materials we will need to lay the foundations before the end of the year.

The materials we had helped us get started, but we still have a long way to go, so we are continuing to work and plan to have a similar work day during the last week of the year to continue building our dream of having a better place to gather.

Conclusions

We set a goal at the beginning of this lunch sales project, and our goal is to finish all the foundation work before the end of the year. According to our calculations, we need approximately 28 bags of cement and 5 trusses (steel structures).
