Creando lazos de amistad fuera de la internet, Hive un capital humano insuperable.[ESP-ENG]

¡Hola Hivers!

Cómo no contarles el hecho de que en realidad pude lograr conocer en persona a una gran cantidad de amigos que pertenecen a nuestra blockchain de Hive, esto fue posible a un esfuerzo asombróso por parte de todas y todos los líderes comunitarios que hacemos vida en dicho ecosistema por el medio deigital de web 3, saliendo de este formato para irnos a la realidad humana.

Pero no vengo hablarles de la parte técnica o teórica de Hive, sino más bien contarles una experiencia de dos días consecutivos dónde previo al evento de la Caracas blockchain week, tuvimos la maravillosa oportunidad de poder compartir como amigos en una cena primeramente y posteriormente al día siguiente en lugar de música y cantos, así que vamos te cuento cómo fue todo esto.

How not to tell you the fact that I could actually get to meet in person a lot of friends who belong to our Hive blockchain, this was possible to an amazing effort by all and all community leaders who make life in this ecosystem through the digital medium of web 3, leaving this format to go to the human reality.

But I do not come to talk about the technical or theoretical part of Hive, but rather tell you an experience of two consecutive days where prior to the event of the Caracas blockchain week, we had the wonderful opportunity to share as friends in a dinner first and then the next day instead of music and songs, so let's tell you how it all went.

El primer día luego de reunirnos en el bitcoin café, nos dirigimos a un lugar llamado (Holis chiken) para cenar y compartir un rato ameno, dicho lugar tiene una variedad en su menú de comidas deliciosas, dónde el pollo hace su plato fuerte en diferentes formas, bien sea hamburguesa, enrollados, etc..

The first day after meeting at the bitcoin café, we went to a place called (Holis chiken) to have dinner and share a nice time, this place has a variety in its menu of delicious food, where the chicken is the main dish in different forms, either hamburger, rolls, etc...

Acá nos reunimos al rededor de 18 personas completamente Hivers, las cuales si les soy sincero era la primera ves que nos veíamos en persona, los abrazos, risas, lágrimas de felicidad no pudieron faltar, se sentía esa gran alegría por el simple hecho de vernos en persona y compartir por primera ves teniendo contacto directo, fuera de las computadoras, teléfonos o tablets dónde diariamente hacemos vida por el medio digital o la internet.

Here we met around 18 people completely Hivers, which if I am honest it was the first time we saw each other in person, hugs, laughter, tears of happiness could not miss, you could feel that great joy for the simple fact of seeing each other in person and share for the first time having direct contact, outside of computers, phones or tablets where we daily make life by digital media or the internet.

Acá comimos un buen rato, y conversamos sobre proyectos, ideas visionarias y como no decirles también el preparar nuestras armas en base a la inteligencia de cada uno de nosotros, para dejar el nombre de Hive bien en alto para los días venideros, quiero decirles que esta reunión se sostuvo al rededor de 2 horas en las cuales tuve el placer de crear lazos muy lindos de amistad con todo y cada uno de Hivers allí presentes.

Here we ate a good time, and talked about projects, visionary ideas and how not to tell them also to prepare our weapons based on the intelligence of each of us, to leave the name of Hive high for the days to come, I want to tell you that this meeting was held about 2 hours in which I had the pleasure of creating very nice bonds of friendship with each and every one of Hivers present there.

Al día siguiente teníamos el evento del *Caracas metupp, dónde en realidad más allá de ser algo informativo, nos serviría para seguir rompiendo el hielo con cada uno de los Hivers que se encontraban en Caracas, uno a uno fueron llegando y las caras que no había visto el primer día, en este maravilloso día logré poder verlos, así que estábamos en un ambiente en realidad muy hermoso, dónde las luces, música y cantos fueron nuestros aliados para seguir creando lazos de amistad.

The next day we had the *Caracas metupp event, where in reality beyond being something informative, it would serve us to continue breaking the ice with each of the Hivers who were in Caracas, one by one they were arriving and the faces that I had not seen the first day, in this wonderful day I managed to see them, so we were in a really beautiful environment, where the lights, music and songs were our allies to continue creating bonds of friendship.

Un momento de relajación sinceramente, pues en realidad no existía bajo ningún concepto malas vibras, sino más bien toda una energía positiva dónde todo fluyó tan hermoso que la alegría y sonrisa se veía en los rostros de cada uno de nosotros, cabe destacar que no soy de cantar mucho, pero se me dió la oportunidad de hacer mis imitaciones de voces, esto fue épico para mí ya que mi mayor recompensa fue el aplauso de todos los presentes, que dicho sea de paso ya sabían de mi talento por medio de la blockchain de Hive, a través de su ecosistema en una de las aplicaciones de redes sociales con la cual disfrutamos a diario.

Este evento finalizó de la mejor manera con un brindis, no puedo negar que mi corazón siempre palpito al mil por ciento, de la emoción que siempre estuvo allí presente.

A moment of relaxation sincerely, because in reality there was no bad vibes under any circumstances, but rather all a positive energy where everything flowed so beautiful that the joy and smile was seen on the faces of each of us, it should be noted that I'm not much of a singer, but I was given the opportunity to do my voice imitations, this was epic for me because my greatest reward was the applause of all present, which incidentally already knew of my talent through the Hive blockchain, through its ecosystem in one of the social networking applications with which we enjoy daily.

This event ended in the best way with a toast, I can not deny that my heart always beat a thousand percent, of the excitement that I always feel.

Cómo análisis de esto, creo que era necesario para todos esta reunión, ya que luego de un trabajo arduo durante dos años consecutivos, fuimos afortunados de estar en el momento y lugar indicado para esto, las reuniones siempre nos servirán para crear lazos, alianzas positivas, entre otras cosas que harán que nuestra vida funcione de una mejor manera, esto lo digo por qué la familia y amigos son base fundamental del éxito en la vida, solos quizás podamos lograr cosas, pero en unión y comunidad estoy seguro que será el crecimiento más rápido y exponencial bien sea de una empresa o familia.

As an analysis of this, I believe that this meeting was necessary for all of us, since after two consecutive years of hard work, we were fortunate to be at the right time and place for this, the meetings will always help us to create bonds, positive alliances, among other things that will make our lives work in a better way, I say this because family and friends are the fundamental basis for success in life, alone perhaps we can achieve things, but in union and community I am sure that it will be the fastest and exponential growth of either a company or a family.

Quiero decir que estoy feliz de haberlos conocido a todos sin excepción alguna, cabe destacar que el capital humano existente en Hive es demasiado hermoso y esa es una de las cosas que me llevo en mi corazón y mente para siempre, se que pronto nos volveremos a ver, así de esta manera me despido deseandoles un excelente inicio de semana a cada uno de ustedes, hasta pronto.
