La navidad es una de las épocas más hermosas del año, tiempo de celebrar el nacimiento del niño Dios y con ello tiempo para reflexionar, amar, compartir, celebrar y estar junto a su familia.
Desde que era muy pequeña, mis padres me enseñaron el verdadero sentido de la navidad y esto se lo he tratado de transmitir a mis hijas.
Christmas is one of the most beautiful times of the year, a time to celebrate the birth of the child God and with it a time to reflect, love, share, celebrate and be with your family.

En familia
Mis padres a pesar de ser muy humildes, siempre trataron de darme la mejor navidad y complacerme cómo niña, hacían un gran esfuerzo para comprarme algún juguete y así verme feliz. Ahora soy yo quien trata de dar lo mejor para complacerlos a ellos, se lo merecen.
My parents despite being very humble, always tried to give me the best Christmas and please me as a child, they made a great effort to buy me a toy and see me happy. Now I am the one who tries to give the best to please them, they deserve it.
En mi familia, para celebrar la navidad nos preparamos primeramente en el sentido espiritual , ya que en la ciudad se celebran las misas de aguinaldo, durante esas misas se preparan a los feligreses para el nacimiento del niño Dios, además son misas muy alegres y dónde podemos compartir sanamente.
In my family, to celebrate Christmas we prepare ourselves first of all in the spiritual sense, since in the city we celebrate the aguinaldo masses, during these masses the parishioners are prepared for the birth of the child God, besides they are very joyful masses and where we can share in a healthy way.

Otra de las tradiciones muy linda, es poder adornar y arreglar la casa, en especial colocar el árbol de navidad en compañía de los mas pequeños.
A mis hijas le gusta la navidad tanto como a mi y al igual que el año pasado, este año me ayudaron a colocar el árbol navideño. Es un momento muy especial y de alegría tanto para ellas como para mí.
Another very nice tradition is to decorate and arrange the house, especially to put up the Christmas tree in the company of the little ones.
My daughters like Christmas as much as I do and just like last year, this year they helped me put up the Christmas tree. It is a very special and joyful moment for them and for me.
preparándonos para la cena familiar
Poder celebrar este día en familia, es muy significativo para mí, ya que en muchas ocasiones ya sea por trabajo o porque hay familiares que viven lejos, no podemos compartir.
Por otro lado está la cena de noche buena, una cena en la que agradecemos, compartimos los alimentos y también las anécdotas que nos hayan pasado durante el año.
To be able to celebrate this day as a family is very meaningful to me, since on many occasions, either because of work or because there are relatives who live far away, we cannot share.
On the other hand, there is the Christmas Eve dinner, a dinner in which we give thanks, share food and also the anectodes that have happened to us during the year.

La hallaca, el pan de jamón, la ensalada de gallina y el pernil, es nuestro tradicional plato navideño; en algunas ocasiones de postre preparamos el dulce de lechoza o la torta negra.
Después de 5 años sin estar todos reunidos, la navidad pasada pudimos reencontrarnos para nuestra cena familiar.
Hallaca, ham bread, chicken salad and pork leg is our traditional Christmas dish; sometimes for dessert we prepare dulce de lechoza or torta negra.
After 5 years without being all together, last Christmas we were able to meet again for our family dinner.

Ademas la ilusión y emoción de mis hijas al momento de recibir sus regalos, es una alegría que invade mi corazón, si ellas son felices, yo también lo soy.
What I like most about this time of the year is the atmosphere of harmony, love and joy that is usually felt. There are many children who return to their parents and parents return to their children, spouses who forgive each other and friends who meet again.
Besides the illusion and excitement of my daughters when they receive their gifts, is a joy that invades my heart, if they are happy, I am happy too.

Le agradezco a Dios por mi familia y por hermoso y no tan buenos momentos que me hecho vivir junto a ella, ya que de cada momento podemos aprender algo.
Para este nuevo año, pido salud y unión, no solo en mi familia, sino para el mundo entero; además espero cumplir mis metas y dar a conocer mi nuevo emprendimiento.
I thank God for my family and for the beautiful and not so good moments that I have lived with them, because we can learn something from every moment.
