Está semana específicamente el 15 de enero, conmemoramos el día del maestro, en mi país la educación a desmejorado y no es por los maestros.

Hace muchos años la educación se ha desviado de su objetivo y las políticas educativas implementadas cada día, ponen en juego este sector tan importante para el avance y preparación de un país.

Cada día que vamos a trabajar lo hacemos con la mejor disposición, soy maestra con función directiva, una tarea difícil en este tiempo de desmotivación y resentimiento, ante un régimen que se impone y que nos hace hace dudar de nuestras capacidades y vocación.

No solo hemos tenido que luchar contra nuestros ideales, si no que hemos lidiado con el señalamiento de la sociedad, que nos juzgan, cuando muchas veces nos ofenden por cumplir con nuestro trabajo, olvidando que si estamos en esas aulas de clases es para educar y enseñar a sus hijos, sin pensar en un sueldo que no complementa nuestra vida digna como ser humano.

Son tantas aspectos que debatir ante la labor y remuneración de un maestro, que quizás para muchos es mejor renunciar o simplemente avanzar ante las adversidades, algo que como persona y maestra no puedo juzgar, si alguien decide no ejercer su profesión ante tanta decidía o sencillamente continuar.

Así que para dar un verdadero motivo para celebrar este dia, organice una semana especial para celebrar a mis maestras, mujeres como yo, con la voluntad de enseñar valores y aprendizajes para la vida a esos pequeños niños que necesitan de nuestra labor.

Hoy comencé con un pequeño detalle para dar la apertura a esta semana llena de sorpresas que de seguro las van a alegrar y aunque no va a cambiar realidades, cuidará sin duda de su salud mental que tanto importa.

No tengo mucho presupuesto pero hoy comenzamos con un desayuno de ponquesitos con café, detalle que las lleno de alegría porque saben que son valoradas y festejadas con la atención y honor que se merecen.

Las felicitaciones por su loable labor fueron extendidas a toda la comunidad educativa, que todos celebren a nuestras maestras por su pasión de vida, hubo imposición de bandas para las maestras del año, porque aunque para mí son todas, el protocolo para esta celebración solicita las maestras del año.

Sin dudar ver sus caras de alegría es una total satisfacción, saben que en mi tienen una amiga, colega y mujer que las valora y reconoce su gran labor, para ayudar y educar a cada uno de esos niños y niñas que hacen vida en la escuela.

No hay valor monetario que pueda pagar nuestra labor, son esas huellas para muchos invisibles lo que hacen la grandeza de nuestra profesión, una pasión y estilo de vida que muchos elegimos y al que no es fácil renunciar y que sin duda quedan grabadas en nuestro corazón. ❤️🍎🙏.

Celebrating my teachers 🍎🙏❤️🎉

This week specifically on January 15, we commemorate the teacher's day, in my country education has deteriorated and it is not because of the teachers.

Many years ago education has deviated from its objective and the educational policies implemented every day, put at stake this sector so important for the advancement and preparation of a country.

Every day that we go to work we do it with the best disposition, I am a teacher with directive function, a difficult task in this time of demotivation and resentment, before a regime that is imposed and that makes us doubt our abilities and vocation.

Not only have we had to fight against our ideals, but we have also had to deal with society's judgment, when many times we are offended for doing our job, forgetting that if we are in those classrooms it is to educate and teach their children, without thinking about a salary that does not complement our dignified life as a human being.

There are so many aspects to debate before the work and remuneration of a teacher, that perhaps for many it is better to resign or simply move on in the face of adversity, something that as a person and teacher I cannot judge, if someone decides not to practice their profession in the face of so much determination or simply continue.

So to give a real reason to celebrate this day, I organized a special week to celebrate my teachers, women like me, with the will to teach values and learning for life to those little children who need our work.

Today I started with a small detail to open this week full of surprises that will surely make them happy and although it will not change realities, it will certainly take care of their mental health that matters so much.

I don't have much budget but today we started with a breakfast of ponquesitos con café, a detail that filled them with joy because they know they are valued and celebrated with the attention and honor they deserve.

Congratulations for their praiseworthy work were extended to the entire educational community, that all celebrate our teachers for their passion of life, there was imposition of bands for the teachers of the year, because although for me they are all, the protocol for this celebration requests the teachers of the year.

They know that in me they have a friend, colleague and woman who values them and recognizes their great work, to help and educate each one of those children who make life in the school.

There is no monetary value that can pay for our work, it is those invisible footprints for many that make the greatness of our profession, a passion and lifestyle that many of us chose and that is not easy to give up and that undoubtedly remain engraved in our hearts. ❤️🍎🙏.
