Unexpected Purchase: Treating My Family To SM City

Sunshine and smiles Hivers! I am back again for another new blog. In this blog, I am going to share with you how I spent my earnings in Hive. Let's get started!

A while ago, my phone broke due to being carelessness. I went to Sm Mabolo for repairs since the service center for my phone is located there. My sister @elyssagween accompanied me because I am not familiar with the city. We arrived at the Carlcare service center, but some staff members informed us that they were on their lunch break.

My sister and I decide to eat first since I was really hungry after not eating anything at the house. We decided to go to McDonald's because it was the closest option available. While my sister placed our order, I stayed at the table waiting.

We snapped a few pictures since it was our first time seeing each other this year. We chatted while waiting for our mother, who was on her way to the mall after returning from her province where she had been for some personal matters.

I took treat them because I wanted to share my earnings from Hive. All the hard work I put into creating blogs has paid off, as I can now treat my family differently than before. I used to be very frugal since I didn't have any income, relying solely on my school allowance. Now, I can treat my family using my hard earn money from Hive.

After we finished our meal, we decided to return to the Carlcare service center to have my phone repaired. The staff asked me several questions regarding the phone, and I explained the problem I was experiencing. She informed me that it would take about 2-3 weeks for my phone to be repaired. Initially, I was reluctant to go through with the repair because of the long wait time, especially since I needed the phone for school. In the end, I informed the staff that I would still like to proceed with the repair, even with the extended wait. I paid 3,843 pesos for the LCD replacement and the phone housing.

We stroll through the cyberzone area while my mother looked for a tempered glass protector for her phone. I was contemplating whether I should purchase a new phone since I really needed one or just wait for mine to be repaired. Suddenly, my sister kept pestering me to check out those phones and consider buying a new one, which made me feel tempted to make a purchase. As someone who is indecisive, I decided to purchase a new phone even after getting my broken one repaired. My phone is only two weeks old, and it broke again, prompting me to buy yet another new phone. This reflects my indecisive nature.

All the money I made from Hive was allocated for my new phone. I choose the Redmi Note 13 Pro and paid for it in cash. I selected this phone despite its high price because it is stunning, the processor and camera quality is excellent. I felt bad since all my earnings were going to this new phone, while my goal was to treat my family to dinner, enjoy a movie together through cinema, and finally take them to Tops Busay.

After purchasing a phone, we went to the restroom and waited for my mother to come out. While we were waiting, my sister and I took some pictures because we were very excited to use my new phone.

We headed to APM Mall to buy a knife and a cooking pan since my mother wanted to share some leftover lechon with my sister. This lechon came from my mother's hometown; my sister's mother gave some to my mother to bring back home. We bought it from MR.DIY. I really like this branch of MR.DIY because it is quite large.

We snapped some photos outside the store to test my new phone's camera in natural light, and the quality was impressive and great.

After that, we headed to the mall's center, where I waited for my mother and sister to share the lechon that she brought. I captured some images of the koi fish I noticed in the mall, as well as some shops selling cameras since I was considering purchasing a digital camera. After that, we returned home and decided to end the day. We bid farewell to my sister and took a jeepney to get back home.
